I'm on a journey to build a healthier relationship with my phone and offline life. And I'm looking for others to join me and experiment together. I'm on a journey to build a healthier relationship with my phone and offline life. And I'm looking for others to join me and experiment together. I don’t want you to delete all apps and live under a rock. It's more about noticing where screens are running our lives, rediscovering offline hobbies, and living more intentionally in a hyper-digital world. What we're doing together: 🌱 Reflections and prompts exploring attention, presence, and digital culture 📵 Experiments you can try alongside me \(no-phone mornings, offline evenings, hobby exploration\) 📺 Real conversations about what we're noticing about our screen use 📚 Sharing what we are discovering offline: hobbies, books, walks, creative projects, etc. 💡 Exploring the psychology behind why we scroll \(dopamine, habits, nervous system stuff\) I'm documenting my experience as I reduce screen time and find what comes after scrolling. You bring yours. Together we figure out what actually works!
