Helping coaches turn practice into player development. I help girls' volleyball coaches \(ages 13–19\) know exactly what to coach, how to coach it, and when to coach it, so players can reach their full potential. Hey, I'm Coach Odd. I have over 20 years of volleyball coaching experience from youth clubs to elite and national teams in Norway. I've also helped players earn six-figure US college scholarships and reach the professional level. Like you, I’ve spent a lot of sleepless nights wondering: • Am I doing the right things in practice? • Does my team trust me to teach and lead them? • Am I helping, hurting, or preventing my girls from the next level? Which is why I created the BUILD System, something I wish I’d had as a coach. Inside Better Volleyball, you get: • The BUILD System framework: my complete diagnostic and installation methodology for U-19 coaches • Support during all parts of the volleyball season  • Film review to know exactly what to fix and how to fix it • Live Q&A calls 👉 Click ‘Join Group’ to get the coaching support you and your girls need.
