Be Here Now is a group devoted to mindfulness, presence, inner peace, and conscious living. Come join us as we dive deep into the ecstasy of the now! Led by Silas Valentine, who has spent 28 years practicing presence, mindfulness, and the Deep Now, this space combines spiritual depth with a grounded, playful approach to awakening. Here, we don’t chase enlightenment. We practice presence. We remember who we are beneath the noise. Inside the Community You’ll Receive • Daily encouragement and mindful reflections • Powerful posts and videos on presence & awareness • Teachings on mindfulness and the Deep Now • Courses designed to help you live with greater peace • Mentorship and coaching opportunities • Supportive conversations with like-minded people • Next-level opportunities for deeper growth and transformation. This is a free community for those ready to experience more peace, awareness, connection, and aliveness. If you feel called to something deeper — while still laughing, growing, and enjoying the journey — you belong here. The more you awaken, the more you play.
