Basic Bitch Boogie is dance and movement for real bodies, real lives, and real healing. Come for the community. Stay for the boogie! Basic Bitch Boogie is trauma-informed dance and movement built for every version of the female experience, chronic pain/illness, big feelings, hard days, and all! This community is where you land first with a month free of BBB follow alongs. Before you press play, before you commit, before you know if this is for you, I need you to know that you are WELCOME here. Ask questions, get a feel for the space, and connect with people who already know what BBB is about, because they're living it. And for active members? This is your home base. The place to check in, share what you're working through, celebrate the wins \(big and small\), and hold each other accountable between sessions. When you're ready to move, the full BBB library is waiting via an upgrade \($25 per month\), seated and standing follow-alongs across four Impacts. You choose where you start. You choose what your body needs. Every time! Your body. Your choice. Your community 🖤 🖤 🖤
