🙋‍♀️ A ‘no BS home’ for badass women who want more. Who are ready to take responsibility for their health. Who are ready to drop the ego and change. I’ve lost 100lbs—I know the physical, mental, and emotional struggle and the cost of living that lifestyle. I lived in a calorie surplus and financial debt. “Free” advice online COST me muscle, time, and self-trust every time I fell for another fad or quick fix. We don’t want that for you. We want to save you time, energy and most of all -MUSCLE. The team and I - We have a mission 💕 To help. Leave people better than we found them. Provide the knowledge I wish I had when I was 270. Educate. Empower. Sometimes that includes not being liked. Good thing we all have broad shoulders... Teach a woman to fish instead of give a woman a fish kinda thing. Or like… teach you how to out lipstick on instead of applying it for you? But I don’t even wear lipstick and now I’m rambling. So, welcome to our community. Share, support, give more than you take and most of all, smile. 😃
