An interactive playbook for former collegiate athletes to engage, network, and grow with purpose. Athlete to Average 🏆➡️🌍 You spent years training, competing, and performing at the highest level — but when the season ends and the jersey comes off, no one hands you a playbook for what comes next. That’s where this community begins. Athlete to Average is built exclusively for former collegiate athletes who are starting to navigate or still navigating the transition from athletics into adulthood, careers, and purpose-driven living. Inside, you’ll find five core areas of focus: Identity & Mindset, Career & Entrepreneurship, Mental Health & Happiness, Networking, Christianity and Resources. Each area provides intentional discussions, guided prompts, and shared experiences to help you grow. This isn’t about competition, comparison, or self-promotion. It’s about connection, learning, and progress. Your athletic career shaped who you are — now it’s time to shape what comes next. Join today and step into your future with clarity, confidence, and a supportive team behind you.
