Ancient wisdom meets modern neuroscience. We bring you Zen and Buddhist stories, ancient philosophy, and the science of meditation. Hello, I’m Sujata Awade. I have always been drawn to ancient wisdom, meditation, mindfulness, and Buddhist philosophy. Through my own meditation practice, I have experienced moments of stillness, awareness, and deeper understanding—and this journey has inspired me to share what I continue to discover with others. The teachings of the Buddha hold many layers of deeper meaning. They are not simply ideas to read or understand intellectually; they are teachings to explore, practice, and experience within ourselves. This community is my humble invitation to walk that path together. You are not here simply as a member.I would love for you to join me as a true companion on this journey of awareness and inner discovery. Together, we will explore ancient stories, Dhamma teachings, meditation, mindfulness, and daily reflections—not just to learn, but to pause, observe, practice, and experience. Let us simply walk the path, one step, one breath, and one moment of awareness at a time.
