Development program for American football players and Coaches. Structured strength, speed, and position-based training to level up the right way. American Football Developments Program\(AFDP\) Is a development community for serious American football players who want to get better and have structure outside just team practice. Most clubs don’t have the resources of major U.S. programs. And thats not to shame teams, thats a fact! AFDP wants to help close that gap. It’s a community built around becoming better football players — together. Inside AFDP, you get: • Structured 12-week offseason Plan • Speed and strength training that transfers to the field • Position-specific Drills and improvement techniques. • A community of driven athletes, and coaches. Made by international athletes, for international athletes. If you’re serious about improving, start with the 1-week workout experience.
