Art and health, Anything about art, being creative and how creating is good for your health and healing. I don’t know everything about art and there are plenty of great artists out there. So why another art group? After 30 years as a health therapist, practising, different style massage, herbalism, kinesiology, magnet therapy, etc, plus Tarot, soul readings , I have decided to go back to my old passion of art and combine a few things to help create an art space with a different. Here I wanted to chat about colour and its frequency, playing with paints and drawing freely without judgement. There is never mistakes with art just expression and fun.
