Run solid distances - train FEWER miles. A new and highly efficient training system to help you break through the barriers holding you back right now 👉 Click the yellow “JOIN GROUP” button to join my runners community for free My name is Marlies Kort, founder of The 9Mile Marathon training system and a passionate runner myself \(my marathon pb is 2h47\) - living a busy life with work and family at the same time. My training system is based on training FEWER miles, overall strength, metabolic health and fitness. My students are running pb’s, qualifying for Boston, feeling strong from day one. WITHOUT running endless 18+ mile training runs, wearing you out like boiling the frog slowly. You can start with a 5k, 10k or half marathon, from any level. In my thriving runners community I coach age-group runners from all over the world.
