Make Half Of Every Meal 50% Low Calorie Fruits/Veggies 🍏🍓 I Lost Nearly 100 LBS In 4 Months & Kept It Off 5 Years! Hi!👋 I'm Bethany Russell. I wrote an Amazon best selling book and I was successful for a really long time but in the past few years I’ve struggled with relapse. I created this new group for more support both for myself and others. Let's get back on track together !! 💛 Your $10/month includes access to the entire group platform, weekly group calls, full-color printable recipes, a book club, weigh-in Wednesdays, mini challenges and more! Using the app, you can post just like Facebook from your phone! 🫐🫐🫐🫐 We are the plant-based group that isn’t all-in or kicked-out! Your plate can be Kempner/McDougall perfect, a special holiday meal, or whatever works for you. Start where you are! We simply crowd out the junk by increasing fruits and vegetables and reducing fat and sodium one plate at a time. 🥝🥝🥝 ~ continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection ~ Mark Twain
